Accountable for keeping both our guests and our hotel building safe and secure, you’ll be the guardian of a great night’s sleep. This is a role with big and serious responsibilities. On duty between 11pm and 7am. We’ll expect you to demonstrate an understanding of health and safety and computer systems. Comfortable working alone and calm in a crisis.

• Understanding how to implement Health and Safety procedures

• Aware of Accident Reporting Procedure and responsible for logging and reporting all incidents.

• Ensure building security is upheld at all times

• Locking main entrance routes during night hours.

• Fire safety and crisis management.

• Hotel inspections

• Checking guests in including late arrivals.

• Actively resolving any issues to ensure no guest leaves unhappy.

• Able to handle conflict professionally.

• Cash handling and all banking procedures.

• Complete shift handovers correctly

There will be a Recruitment Day taking place at Kennington Job Centre Plus on Friday 25th October.

The Hotel is scheduled to opened at the beginning of December.
