Join the London Transport Museum, a world-class cultural and heritage attraction in Central London as Assistant Manager, delivering outstanding experiences to thousands of visitors every day.
As an experienced Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in the smooth day to day running of a busy visitor attraction, leading teams across galleries, ticketing, welcome and information services on a full time temporary basis. This role requires commitment to a fixed rota, including working some weekends.
You are a confident and hands on manager with proven customer focused experience in gallery or heritage environments. You bring strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and the ability to motivate teams in a fast paced public setting. Clear communication is second nature to you, and you can juggle multiple priorities while keeping standards high. You are happy to work to a fixed rota, including some weekend days, and can commit to key interview, training and shadowing dates. A DBS check is required.
