Description

DUE TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN WANDSWORTH COUNCIL AND THE LOCAL DEVELOPER, THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF WANDSWORTH/LAMBETH BOROUGH ONLY

Duties

  • Liquid applied waterproofing by hand and by spray machine application to professional finish that meets technical data requirements

  • Installation extruded insulation and drainage layers

  • Installation of green roof products/biodiverse roof products such as soils/sedum mat

Essential criteria

  • Previous experience of liquid hand applied waterproofing required  (minimum of 3 years sub contractor experience)

  • Spray applied experience preferred but not essential

  • Experience of working with green roofs and insulated flat roofs is preferable

  • In date CSCS Card essential (minimum green)

  • Good level of English (spoken and written)

  • UTR (Self-Employed)
