Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Learn to install wiring, lighting, sockets, and control systems
• Support fault finding and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Carry and organise tools, materials, and equipment
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Attend training sessions and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship

Requirements:

• Strong interest in electrical work or construction trades
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic maths and understanding of electrical concepts (preferred)
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Desirable Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
• Previous experience in construction or a trade environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
