Description

Step into the exciting role of Social Media Manager for a luxury skincare brand with a global following.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll take charge of shaping and delivering the brand’s global social media strategy. You’ll balance creativity and data-driven decision making to drive engagement, community growth, and brand elevation across all key platforms.

Duties

• Lead global social media strategy to grow following, engagement, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Develop clear content pillars and target audiences for each channel

• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure a consistent posting rhythm

• Oversee community management and engagement activities in collaboration with the community coordinator

• Produce and commission high-quality content, working closely with the in-house creative team on shoots

• Build and nurture an engaged community by connecting with VIPs, influencers, and key talent

• Maintain a distinctive tone of voice and visual identity across all social channels

• Advise on paid partnerships to optimise performance and ensure alignment with campaign goals

• Explore new platforms and opportunities to expand the brand’s digital reach

• Develop brand and retail partnerships for collaborative campaigns

• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to key stakeholders

Essential criteria

You’re a creative strategist who thrives on turning ideas into impactful campaigns. With a natural flair for luxury branding and cultural trends, you bring both creativity and precision to everything you do.

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in social media management within beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle
• A standout portfolio showcasing creative social content you’ve produced or commissioned
• Strong understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (with photography/videography skills a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent organisation, presentation, and project management abilities

• A collaborative approach, balanced with the confidence to take ownership and work independently
