We're recruiting for two Social Value & Community Manager roles and welcome applications from candidates with relevant backgrounds and varying levels of experience. Working alongside our project teams, you'll help deliver social value commitments across employment and skills, community engagement, ethical labour, local procurement and charitable initiatives, while supporting the measurement and reporting of project outcomes.

Duties

 
You'll build relationships with local communities, residents, councils, education providers, community organisations and our supply chain, identifying opportunities that benefit the areas in which we work. This will include engaging local businesses, coordinating community events and initiatives, and supporting local employment and training. Helping our projects create a positive and lasting local legacy will be at the heart of the role.
 
To be successful, you'll have relevant community engagement experience within the construction industry, with the ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable supporting events and community activities, and someone who enjoys working collaboratively with project teams and external partners.
