Role Overview

A site administration Assistant must be able to provide administration support to the West FLO JV projects; Falconbrook Pumping Station, Cremorne, Chelsea including: liaising with engineers and project managers to provide support in compiling of documentation to relevant standards and code of practices; liaising with site teams to support in delivering Concrete Constituents, Concrete batching records, Inspection and Test plan concrete records. Record of Inspections. Information that exceeds current practice in quality, accuracy and surety of Certification.

Role Context

The Assistant Site Administration support is part of the Quality and Assurance Job Family and Technical Function, which is there to ensure technical excellence, assurance and performance across all the western projects.

Duties

Principal Responsibilities

  • Delivers the Technical and FLO Capabilities as set out below.
  • Produce documentation support based each sites requirement – populating Concrete Batching Records, Concrete Constituents, Records of Inspections & support site engineers with ITP concrete repairs deliverables. 
  • Self development to become an independent active member of the team capable of supporting onsite Teams.
  • Engage with each site to provide support on the delivery of certification.
  • To liaise with other group disciplines, such as Site Quality Engineers, to provide input into the site Certification Visibility Trackers.
  • Interface with document control and manages uploads.
  • Team relationships and ensuring self development and development of reporting team members
  • Internal and external relationships – Site Project Teams, Quality Engineers, Materials teams.
  • Support of processes and procedures for delivery of documentation

Essential criteria

Professional qualifications 

  • Sufficiently qualified at Secondary School level. Good level of Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.

Experience

  • Possesses basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Self motivated to learn and develop 

Desirable criteria

  • Experience of Construction Environment 
  • Already undertaking administration experience
