An exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant and much-loved café in the heart of London.

As Café Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering exceptional service, overseeing operations, and ensuring the café thrives as a landmark destination. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to elevate menus and service, while also developing your team and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Lead the day-to-day management of the café and hospitality services

• Work with the Head Chef to ensure seamless catering across the café, events, and stakeholders

• Maintain high standards of service and proactively manage customer experience

• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability

• Inspire and manage a motivated, high-performing team through training and support

• Oversee budgets with the General Manager to control costs and maximise value

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards

• Take operational lead on events, including evening functions and live performances

• Contribute to sustainability goals and eco-friendly practices

• Support community initiatives that provide training and development opportunities
