Neilcott Construction ( via MDC structures) is seeking a motivated and reliable Demolition Operative to join our team on the Lambeth College Block A redevelopment project. The successful candidate will support the delivery of construction works while maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.

• Carry out duties associated with the role safely and efficiently.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with site management and subcontractors.
• Maintain a tidy and organised work area.
• Report any safety concerns or site issues promptly.

• Right to work in the UK.
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• CSCS/ CCDO Card (or equivalent where applicable).
• Good communication skills.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

• Relevant trade qualifications.
• CPCS / NPORS/ NFDC certification (where applicable).
• Previous demolition experience on education of at least 6 months

Demolition Operative Temporary Position  £14.80 per hour to £17.5 per hour
