• Outline Duties & Responsibilities to assist with (not limited to)
  • Assist and organise, control directly employed and sub-contract labour.
  • Review and assist with the approval of PAYE and S/C Time Sheets
  • Sit with the AYM Programme manager to establish and understand programmes and our works. Liaise with the client
  • Assist the manager and order materials based on schedules and knowledge of roof areas via tablet application.
  • Assist with arranging material deliveries to meet programme requirements.
  • Ensure that the works are carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements. Complete daily and weekly site forms as required.
  • Support our site manager and record variations as they occur and advise your Line Manager. (No works are to be carried out without written instruction from Main contractors in line with Contract procedures)
  • Support our site manager to ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings and specification.
  • Liaise with Company employed subcontractors and ensure work meets our requirements.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with both our operatives and the Main Contractor/Client, attend meetings as required
  • Organise plant, craneage etc to meet programme and cost plan.
  • Attend and support our manager at site meetings as required by AYM and the client
  • Assist with and enforce Health and Safety on site at all times
  • Assist with and Issue weekly progress report inclusive of marked up roof plans and programme assessment. Take commercial and operational control of the project(s) you are involved with.
  • Assist with report progress to your operations manager daily/weekly and monthly including reports on progress, MOS and blockers
