Description

Upon successful interview, applicants will start 8 - week Paid Training where they will undertake training to gain their PCV licence. They will then progress to becoming fully qualified PCV Bus Drivers with Abellio.

Duties

To undertake PCV driving duties in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with all the applicable legal and company requirements, whilst maintaining a professional image and the highest standards of customer experience at all times.

Essential criteria

• Essential Ability to communicate effectively

• Essential Ability work flexibly on a shift work basis

Desirable criteria

• Desirable Experience of providing excellent customer experience

• Desirable Ability to work as part of a team and on your own

• Desirable Awareness of Health & Safety requirement

Required qualifications

Applicants must be communicative in English.

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence, with a minimum 1 year’s UK driving experience.

Additional information

No Alcohol/ Drug related driving convictions.

Must be willing to work shifts / unsociable hours.

Role based at a depot but must be flexible in respect of travelling to other locations both inside and outside the business as required.
