This role involves the effective delivery of end-to-end tenancy processes and providing a high quality tenancy management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.
The successful candidate will possess experience of working in social housing and have a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality housing services to customers as well as excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, report writing, organisational, negotiation, I.T. and customer service skills.
