Additional information

The successful candidate will learn how to install various elements of the internal walls and ceilings of a building to a high standard. Drylining is much quicker than traditional blockwork and plastering and achieves a similar result: a wall or surface is ready to paint or cover. The plasterboard used in drylining can hide pipes and wires, create insulation space, and provide soundboarding as well as fire protection. You will have the opportunity work alongside experienced members of the team learning the trade and assisting in all aspects of drylining.

Personal Protective Equipment: We provide all PPE (excluding safety boots)

Contracted Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm (1h unpaid lunch break)

The right person will be tested on-site for 3 months before enrolling in the L2 Drylining Apprenticeship.
