Duties

45 Hours per week Monday to Friday Pricework/Rate Negotiable Plumbing and heating engineers carrying out the MVHR flat duct and FCU/Plenum installation to 344no Apartments.

Works are only within the Apartments as we are not working on the building infrastructure.

Installation method:

MVHR rectangular ductwork and flexible connections to plenums/extract diffusers

Fan coil unit and plenum installation

Testing and balancing/commissioning of MVHR system

Essential criteria

  • Minimum 5 years trade experience.
  • Relevant skill card and Heating and Ventilation NVQ Qualification.
  • Must be able to read drawings/flow rate schedule’s and work under your own initiative.
  • Must be able to read and understand English and have good spoken English language skills.
  • Must have all relevant power and hand tools for the trade.
  • Must be eligible to Work in the UK.
