We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Work Experience Trainees (minimum 20 hours). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and in particular Electrical Trade experience as well as develop valuable skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site construction tasks under the supervision of experienced professionals.
• Learn and apply safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support the team with various construction activities, including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Observe and learn about different aspects of construction, including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Interest in the construction industry with particular reference to Electrical trades and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to gain practical experience.
