Free Accredited Construction Training Opportunity for Lambeth Residents

Manual Handling, Traffic Marshal and Abrasive Wheel Training

Barratt London is promoting a limited training opportunity for Lambeth residents interested in gaining accredited construction-related certificates. This full-day training course will cover three key areas: manual handling, traffic marshal and abrasive wheel training.

The training will take place on Friday 25 September 2026 from 8am to 4pm in an on-site meeting room. The course will be delivered by a trainer and has been arranged by the Groundwork Contractor. Successful participants will receive certificates issued by the training body at the end of the course.

This training will take place on a live construction site, and participants will join a small group of site operatives during the day. There are only limited spaces available, so early interest is strongly encouraged.

Eligibility: You must be a Lambeth resident and aged over 19 to attend.

Please note: Lunch and travel are not provided. Lunch and coffee breaks will be staggered throughout the day, and local shops are around a 5-minute walk from the site.
