About The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Assistant Gymnastics coach . This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our centres by assisting in preschool gymnastics as we expand.
Responsibilities:
- Support high-quality recreational gymnastics coaching sessions to children of varying ages and skill levels.
- Assist with engaging lesson plans that promote skill development, physical fitness, and a love for gymnastics.
- Provide a safe and inclusive environment for participants, ensuring their welfare and well-being at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with athletes, parents, and guardians, promoting open communication and addressing any concerns.
- Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate events, demonstrations, and performances.
- Assist in preschool gymnastics as the club grows, potentially involving daytime working hours.
