 DUE TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN WANDSWORTH COUNCIL AND THE LOCAL DEVELOPER, THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF WANDSWORTH/LAMBETH BOROUGH ONLY 

Duties

AIS is looking for an experienced electrician with experience in apartment 1st fix wiring and 2nd fix is essential, these works will be offered on a price work basis so will only suit an individual with a positive work attitude and knowledge is wiring systems.

This position is on a self-employed basis and will require candidates to have a UTR and NI number.

Essential criteria

  • Must be able to demonstrate competence through previous work

  • NVQ L3 in Electrical Installation (Desirable)

  • Blue CSCS Card (Desirable)

  • Self-employed (UTR)
  • Own tools

Required qualifications

  • NVQ L3 in Electrical Installation (Desirable)
    • Blue CSCS Card (Desirable)

Additional information

Access equipment will be provided but electricians are expected to provide their own basic kit such as hand tools, drills, laser levels etc.

PPE such as hard hat, hi-vis, gloves and glasses are provided but individuals will need to provide their own safety footwear.
