Description

As Marketing & Content Executive for an award winning clinic, you’ll play a key role in shaping engaging campaigns and captivating content.

This is a hands-on, creative, and fast-paced role where you’ll support the marketing team in bringing brand stories to life across digital, social, and print platforms. You’ll combine your flair for content creation with an analytical mindset to deliver campaigns that connect and perform.

Duties

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Write compelling website and campaign copy in line with SEO best practices.

  • Create engaging newsletters and marketing collateral across print and digital formats.

  • Produce, edit and post video and visual content for social media, while managing community engagement.

  • Support with marketing and PR events, both in-clinic and off-site.

  • Track and report on marketing and social media performance using analytics tools.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality brand communications.

Essential criteria

You’re a creative storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for beauty, aesthetics, and luxury brands. Equally confident crafting copy or editing video, you bring fresh ideas to the table and the drive to see them through. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or content role, ideally within beauty, wellness, or private healthcare.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital channels.

  • Confidence using creative and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or Canva.

  • Solid analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs and campaign performance.

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in HubSpot or WordPress being a plus.

  • A self-motivated, organised, and enthusiastic approach to your work.
