• Outlines the Health and Safety duties  of  Employers and Employees.  

• Risk Assessments & Method Statements: Highlighting the importance of risk assessments and method statements.

• The Use of Permits  to Work:  Safety critical construction activities

• The 16 Steps: Describes the special precautions that must be taken during construction of a Timber Frame Building, such as at the Old Paradise Street Project, both in the planning stages and the construction stages.

• Practical:  On Site Tour &  Hazard Spotting

Each Candidate to be provided with an Information Pack, including (if permitted) examples Health and Safety checklist template,  examples of permits to work, 16 Steps on Timber Frame Construction Buildings.  

On Site Safety Tours /  Demonstrations:   Health and Safety checklist template :  a short hazard-spotting test to be included.

Certificate of Achievement to be provided
