Vacancy overview

The traineeship work placement opportunity at Westbrook will provide an overview of Salesforce Project Administration achieved by observing, discussing, and contributing to tasks within the Salesforce Delivery Team of Westbrook International, a Salesforce Partner.

Trainees will be expected to work independently but with supervision; coaching and support from experienced Salesforce professionals will be provided. No prior Salesforce experience is required.

The assignment will be split into two sub-assignments:

Project Management Office (PMO): This function manages the allocation of project resources and the production of Management Information across the project portfolio with a focus on optimising the utilisation of highly skilled resource to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.

Project Delivery: An insight into the delivery of a live project as a member of a project team. There will be an opportunity to see how projects are delivered and the interaction and relationship between Partner and Client As part of the wider team, the trainee will assist in research and fact-finding to support the team in developing or modifying Salesforce solutions.

Entry Requirements

You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
