Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and highly organised individual to join Rocket Padel Battersea as the Club Host.

As a Club Host you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to multi-task and adapt to deliver a high level of customer service plus quality and accuracy in all work tasks. The Club Host should demonstrate the enthusiasm for the project and the high-level communication skills to interact with customers and take initiative towards the growth of Rocket Padel’s community.

The ability to work as part of a high-performing team as well as using their own initiative to solve problems, will be a key component towards your success at Rocket Padel. As part of the role, you will be trained to work in all areas of the business including the cafe, shop, facility maintenance and meet and greet customers, while of course join in the fun of playing Padel!

Essential criteria

•            Highly organized who takes directions well.

•            Works well with others and is always willing to learn.

•            Positive can do attitude with self-accountability.
•            A true passion for sports. Racket sports, health industry, fitness and wellbeing.

•            Social media savvy – experience with social media platforms and content creation.

•            Exceptional time management skills.







Required qualifications

•            8-hour shift

•            Weekend availability

•            Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and friendly approach.
•            Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification preferred). Barista experience also desirable.

•            Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.  Address: 1 Circus Road East, London, SW11 8DQ

Job Types: Part time, minimum 4.5 hours max 8 hours per week
