Description

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation. Your expertise and creativity will contribute to the success of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section according to the established recipes, ensuring that all food is consistently prepared to the highest standards.

  • Take ownership of your assigned section, ensuring that all necessary ingredients, equipment, and tools are readily available and properly maintained.

  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to create and develop innovative and enticing menu items that meet guest preferences and seasonal availability.

  • Ensure that all dishes leaving your section are visually appealing, properly seasoned, and meet the established taste standards.

Essential criteria

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Kitchen organisation and management.

  • Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures.
