Evolve Apprentices Ltd are currently collecting candidates CV’s for a vacancy in Lambeth for anyone interested in starting and completing a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration style apprenticeship.

These apprenticeships are looking at a June-September 2020 start, depending on the current COVID-19 crisis, and at this stage are just taking expressions of interest. Please include on your CV all GCSE’s and grades, any further/higher qualifications gained, CSCS Card YES/NO, and your most current/relevant role’s held (including role, company name and dates held) within the last 2-3 years.

Apprenticeship Description;

The Business Administrator apprenticeship develops a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. You will engage with different parts of the organisation, external and internal personnel, with a focus on written and verbal communication skills, time-management and the ability to prioritise, and initiative and problem-solving skills. Through this apprenticeship you can progress into various roles, such as Site Secretary, Office Management, Human Resources, etc.

Essential criteria

Entry Requirements;

Qualifications – You must have GCSE’s in English & Math at grade 4 (C) or higher OR Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths.

Behaviour/Characteristics – You will attend college one day a week and the other four will be on site. You must be dedicated to starting and completing this apprenticeship, with an interest in the construction industry. Be able to manage your time, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Be willing to travel. Have basic computer skills.


Additional information

If Successful;

• You will receive a fully funded apprenticeship with experience on site and the college qualification

• Minimum of 35 hours a week working on site and a day at college

• You will be paid a wage for all hours worked and spent at college

• Statutory Pension and Statutory Leave
