We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Beauty Consultant to join a premium beauty team within one of the UK’s most respected luxury retail environments in the heart of Cribbs Causeway.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised skincare advice

• Drive sales and achieve performance targets

• Build strong relationships with clients and create a loyal customer base

• Represent premium beauty brands with professionalism and confidence

• Maintain excellent standards of presentation and merchandising

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand training

• Previous experience within beauty retail, minimum of 3 years

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Confident, polished, and professional presentation

• Passionate about skincare

• Fully flexible across weekdays and weekends

• Permanent position

• 22.5 hours per week – 3 days
