Dishoom cafés are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each of our restaurants pay homage to old Irani cafés and are deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history.

Our bar team can most often be found in the The Permit Room – the bar inside each of our restaurants where the most-delicious and sincere tipples can be enjoyed with great music and good cheer.

• We’re looking for self-motivated and organised people to join us as a Bar Back/Bar Support. You’re a Bartender’s right arm; anticipating their every need, eager to learn about our drinks and can always be relied upon on a busy shift.

• Contracted 40 hours per week, across 5 days.

• Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
