Description

An exciting opportunity for an Organic Social Media Manager in London.

You’ll be the creative force behind the brand’s organic social strategy, curating compelling journeys across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Reporting to the Senior Organic Social Media Manager, you’ll work at the heart of the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand visibility, and fuel DTC growth.

Duties

  • Lead organic social execution across key channels, working closely with the Organic Social Media Executive.

  • Relaunch and manage organic social activity for the UK, US and Australia.

  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence in all social output, aligning content with product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Create and brief content in line with strategy, collaborating with the Design and Creative teams.

  • Report on performance and KPIs, using data and insights to inform ongoing improvements.

  • Work closely with PR, Paid Media, Ecommerce and Influencer teams to ensure seamless storytelling across all touchpoints.

  • Support planning and production for photoshoots and brand events to create engaging social content.

  • Develop and manage a forward publishing plan, ensuring timely and effective execution.

With a deep understanding of social media trends and customer behaviour, you’ll know how to build engagement and translate insights into compelling content that gets noticed. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas come to life quickly.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, growing brand environment.

  • Proven ability in content creation, including filming and editing for social platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset – someone who loves taking ownership and making things happen.

  • Commercial awareness and confidence in linking content performance to business goals.
