The role involves carrying out Electrical repairs and maintenance to properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters and adhering to Health and Safety requirements. You will ensure you keep up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
18^th Edition
Full Driving License
Past experience in a similar role
Proven Team Worker
Good Communication skills

2391 Test & Inspection
2377 PAT testing certificate
Unvented Hot Water Certificate
Water Regulations Certificate Part P
Experience in a responsive repairs role
