We are looking for a number of great Chef de Partie to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional New Opening team at El Pastor Restaurant in Battersea, London

 El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor.

 This ethos is felt by our teams, they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve. El Pastor is deeply invested in sourcing the most wonderful mezcals and tequilas and making every day a fiesta

• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service

• Be the face of a Group known for its’ warm welcome and guest care
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered

• Experience working as a Chef de Partie at a fast-paced high quality Restaurant

• Interest and love for Mexican food and culture

• Managing and exceeding guest expectations

• Strong command of English language

• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens

• Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must

• Chef de Partie Salary of up to £36,442 based on 48hrs per week
