Description

We have a rare opening to join our fantastic Night Valet/Security team at DAMAC Tower. This role is a great opportunity to join a professional and passionate Valet/Security team in an iconic residential development with over 300 apartments.

Facilities include 24hours concierge security and valet parking services, residents’ gymnasium, swimming pool and restaurants. We are looking for a candidates who care passionately about creating a positive, safe and secure environment for all colleagues and residents.

The successful candidate will be an expert in security and customer service who will be supporting the team in building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors. You will also have excellent driving skills and a background in managing luxury cars.

This is 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern, working 12 hours shifts from 8pm to 8am.

Duties

  • Remaining ready to receive/deliver the residents vehicle/s at all times.
  • Adhering to all site SOPs surrounding the collection, parking and delivery of resident vehicles.
  • Managing and maintaining vehicle key handling/storage systems
  • Follow instruction of the managers to ensure service delivery standards and expectations are met
  • Ensuring that accurate logs are maintained for any visitors, deliveries and are announced and escorted to resident apartments as per the set operating practices.
  • Ensuring a high-level attention to detail in all aspects of the role job, whether it is resident service or maintaining and managing the building to the required immaculate level.
  • Actively and positively engage with colleagues, residents, visitors, clients, and our fellow service providers to ensure a seamless service experience can be created. Also ensuring that a great working relationship is maintained with our client and other departments within the wider estate management team.

Essential criteria
