• Handling, cutting, and preparing cured and smoked meats

• Confidently working with pork products

• Delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury retail setting

• Maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and food safety standards

• Proven experience as a butcher

• Strong skills in meat handling, cutting, and preparation

• Experience with cured and smoked meats (including pork)

• Confidence engaging with customers and providing a premium service

• Highly skilled and detail-oriented

• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

• Comfortable working in a high-end retail environment
