We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be based in London.

As our new Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the entire supply chain function. Your responsibilities will include:

We’re looking for someone who’s already made their mark in the supply chain world – ideally with 5+ years of experience and a knack for managing premium retail accounts. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and love making data-driven decisions, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll bring top-tier organisational skills, solid ERP/WMS knowledge, advanced Excel wizardry, and a keen eye for solving complex logistical challenges. Experience within the beauty industry? That’s a big plus. And if you’ve led teams before and know how to motivate and mentor, you’re exactly who we need.

• Oversee sales order management for selected retail accounts using SBO software.

• Monitor monthly warehouse performance against SLAs and lead KPI reviews.

• Share monthly updates on supply chain costs and highlight savings initiatives.

• Ensure all supply chain activities meet regulatory and industry standards.

• Partner with teams across Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to support commercial initiatives.

• Manage and mentor Supply Chain Coordinators, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
