We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Fortem team, based in Lambeth. This is a permanent position ideal for someone who is confident, driven and passionate to succeed. Key Responsibilities- KPI reporting, knowledge of contract requirements- Checking of input listing from timesheets- Invoicing client and liaising- Managing administrators- Cover all administrator duties in the event of staff shortages- HR administration support for the branch- Upkeep of confidential records- Checking fuel/phone bills- Working within company procedures- Consider and recommend improvements to branch practices- Mobile phone/PDA ordering and initialisation (IT requests for setup)- Manage and control office facilities- Mobile phones ordering- PDA & Vixen point of contact- Updating vixen when applicable- Good understanding of WIP and Job Costing- Recruitment of admin team- Manage inputting of purchase orders/subcontract invoices- Tracking of H&S Matrix performance and highlighting shortfalls, maintenance of asset records.-Track Branch Action Plan actions and CAPs to ensure improvement plans are being realised- Upkeep of TTC driver records and compliance with driver e-learning and compulsory training- Overseeing performance of waste management and transfer compliance- Ensure branch training plan is managed effectively and no-shows are avoided.- Ensure branch operating costs are managed for the items admin team are directly involved.- Work with client to ensure building compliance activities are met- Ability to pick up adhoc tasks for senior management team effectively
