Summary

The Role As we scale, the People Strategy and Ops team is seeking an Intern to help us with strategic and data-related People projects, including: people data quality, people reporting and forecasting, structural and org design projects, compensation and benefits


Duties

In the next 6 months, you will:

Support the Head of People Strategy and Ops and Senior Manager People Strategy and Ops with:

  • Optimising data quality within our HRIS system, HiBob
  • Using our people data to create compelling insights and reports for our leadership team.
  • Support with research for any strategic projects (such as org design, feedback surveys, comp and benefits optimisation, and cultural projects)

What you will learn

  • People data management and manipulation
  • People Strategy (including forecasting, and cultural strategy)
  • People operations- you will learn about the inner workings of an HR function

Additional employability support

Interns will come away armed with a vision for how to position their personal professional brand in the careers marketplace, with the ability to navigate a 3-4 stage interview process (as well as how to tackle a panel interview) and most importantly, they will come away knowing the steps they need to take to get to where they want to be in life.

As well as this, we will ensure that the actual on-the-job experience they accrue with us is valuable and that they can use these 6 months as a proper springboard for their career. Finally, even after they have finished their contract with us, our Talent Acquisition team

Essential criteria

Skills required

  • Knowledge of excel/ g-sheets - or keen interest in learning these skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in People/HR initiatives
