The Role As we scale, the People Strategy and Ops team is seeking an Intern to help us with strategic and data-related People projects, including: people data quality, people reporting and forecasting, structural and org design projects, compensation and benefits

We will ensure that anyone who joins Pollen as an intern will come away in a much stronger place than when they joined.

Career Strategy workshops featuring advice from people from the following departments:
Interns will come away armed with a vision for how to position their personal professional brand in the careers marketplace, with the ability to navigate a 3-4 stage interview process (as well as how to tackle a panel interview) and most importantly, they will come away knowing the steps they need to take to get to where they want to be in life.
As well as this, we will ensure that the actual on-the-job experience they accrue with us is valuable and that they can use these 6 months as a proper springboard for their career. Finally, even after they have finished their contract with us, our Talent Acquisition team
