The role will involve:

• Placing, levelling and finishing concrete to the required specification

• Using hand and power tools to achieve smooth and accurate finishes

• Floating, trowelling and edging concrete surfaces

• Repairing minor defects and carrying out remedial works where required

• Working on slabs, bases, foundations and other concrete structures

• Checking levels and ensuring finished concrete meets site requirements

• Working closely with site management and other trades

• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

• Following all site health and safety procedures

To be considered, you will need:

• Valid CSCS card

• Previous experience working as a Concrete Finisher

• Experience on RC frame and groundwork projects

• Competence in levelling, floating, trowelling and edging concrete

• Ability to work accurately to levels and specifications

• Experience using concrete finishing hand and power tools

• Good knowledge of site health and safety

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions

• Ability to provide 2 recent working references
