Lead information delivery and develop project strategies to meet client requirements 

Manage and develop the Information Management team (document controllers and site administrators) 

Maintain and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), including project setup and compliance 

Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 19650 and Golden Thread requirements 

Lead document control and as-built information management 

Coordinate BIM and digital information delivery with the Lead Digital Engineer 

Manage quality data capture systems (Trimble Field View) and integrate with the CDE 

Act as the primary point of contact for information management systems and platforms 

Deliver training on information management processes and systems

• Proven experience in an Information Management, Digital Engineering or BIM-related role within a construction or engineering environment 
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650, Common Data Environments and the Golden Thread requirements of the Building Safety Act. 
• Experience managing document control and as-built information across multiple projects 
• Confidence working with CDE and quality platforms such as Trimble Viewpoint, Trimble Connect and Trimble Field View (or equivalent systems) 
• Ability to develop and implement information management processes, procedures and workflows 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with project teams, clients and external partners 
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
• Confident communicator, comfortable delivering training and supporting teams in the use of digital systems
