A modern and fast growing grooming brand, is looking to hire a hands -on passionate Marketing Manager to be responsible for growing the brand across brand, DTC, retail and wholesale channels through imaginative and compelling campaigns and promotional activity.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position for a commercially minded marketer ready to own the full mix. You will work across brand, DTC, retail and wholesale, collaborating closely with creative, commercial and digital teams to deliver standout campaigns that drive real results.
You bring at least three years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty or lifestyle. You are equally comfortable building a campaign strategy and rolling your sleeves up to get it delivered. You have a strong creative eye, a data-driven mindset and solid experience managing agencies, budgets and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where pace, collaboration and commercial thinking are all part of the job.
