As Retail Store Manager, you will be the inspirational and commercial leader of the retail floor, setting the tone for performance, service and culture. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced retail manager who thrives in a premium environment and knows how to balance commercial results with exceptional customer experiences.
You are an experienced Store Manager with at least three years at this level, a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering results. You’re warm and confident, know how to motivate management teams, and genuinely care about developing people. You bring sharp planning skills, excellent communication and a natural ability to deliver high-end, customer-centric service. Experience or interest in healthcare, wellbeing or beauty is a strong advantage, as is a passion for creating memorable retail experiences.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with full flexibility required including weekends. The store operates extended trading hours, with shifts ranging from early starts to late finishes to support the needs of the business.
