The suite of courses includes: Level 4 Retrofit Assessor (Energy report, Occupancy Report, Condition Report), Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (Prepares EPC Certificates) and Level 3 Energy Efficiency in Older and Traditional Buildings (for Pre-1919 buildings) and comprises of 2 weeks face-to-face learning including house visits, and one week online.

Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark Councils are working together to bring an exceptional offer of Warm Homes Skills Programme Retrofit Assessor training to the Triborough.

The Site training Centre normally based in East London, has agreed to deliver their suite of three courses, free of charge, to interested residents of the Triborough, here in South London over 3 weeks.

Participants will be supported through the training and assessments to ensure good knowledge and understanding of all aspects, ready for employment in the retrofit/ buildings energy efficiency sector:  Day in the life of a Retrofit Assessor
