We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Assistant to drive sales forward, along with providing great customer service, to work in our London Flagship store at Battersea Power Station.

• Delivering the highest levels of proactive customer service to every customer
• Seeking opportunities to increase sales and drive ATV through communication
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Stock management and replenishment.
• The procedure of Till system operations.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• The ability to work well with others.
• Flexible to support team and company in working additional/different hours
• Fluent in English (also ideally Malaysian).

Our designers and artisans continuously expand the limits of pewter design while staying true to our heritage of craftsmanship. Joining us on this journey are like-minded design collaborators such as the award-winning Erik Magnussen and Freeman Lau as well as cultural organisations such as the British Museum.
