The Vertus team will manage all aspects of the Build to Rent assets on the Estate, as well as the initial management during the final construction programme and handover period. The Vertus portfolio currently consists of three assets which are under construction totalling 1,157 apartments.

The team will be based on site and will be comprised of a core group of experienced specialists and individual building management members, dedicated to the lettings and management of both the building and the apartments. This team will have a comprehensive track record of delivering excellent service and will be dedicated to meeting the needs of their customers and residents.

The Vertus team will be dedicated to providing a superlative service to residents, 24 hours a day and 365 days per year.

Duties

THE ROLE

Vertus are looking to recruit a Move Co-ordinator to join our Management Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing, you will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, becoming a Vertus brand ambassador.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with Negotiators, Tenancy Management and Building Management during tenancy progression process.

• Carry out Inventories for all new tenancies commencing.

• Test smoke alarms on first day of tenancy and evidence on system.

• Ensure apartments are in suitable condition for viewings each day.

• Apartment check prior to occupation.

• Organisation and purchase of any additional items, furniture packs or special requests made by residents or Tenancy Management.

• Conduct walk through of apartments on occupation.

• Booking slots for goods lift on occupation.

• Send welcome documentation to residents including inventory for signature.

• Follow up any un-returned signed inventories.

• Conduct follow up calls with residents at agreed timescales throughout tenancy. • Book Checkouts upon notification by Tenancy Management.

• Conduct end of tenancy surveys/feedback from residents.

• Provide feedback to HOL on Customer Feedback/experiences.

• Work closely with Building Management and assist with property visits when needed.

Essential criteria

• Level 3 ARLA Qualification desirable but not essential

• A good understanding of the Build to Rent market

• Self-Motivated

• Exceptional Customer Service

• Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record.

• The incumbent must have an appreciation of the importance of customer service and how this is applied in the context of Canary Wharf.
