We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Assistant Counter Manager who will support in leading a dynamic beauty team to drive results and deliver a luxury, personalised experience for every customer.

• Support and coach team members to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Deliver exceptional product knowledge and service, including skincare consultations and makeovers

• Drive sales through storytelling, cross-selling and brand education

• Recruit and retain clients, building long-term loyalty

• Book beauty room appointments and help plan counter events

• Assist the Counter Manager with admin and stock management

• Contribute to team training, performance development and KPIs

• Maintain high grooming and brand standards as a proud ambassador

You’re passionate about premium beauty and naturally inspire those around you. 

• Proven experience in beauty retail, ideally in a leadership role

• A strong sales track record and drive to exceed goals
• • Confidence in skincare and make-up application
  • A flair for building client relationships and delivering a luxury experience
  • A polished, elegant presence with immaculate grooming
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and bank holidays
