The QC Lead (Building Services) drives prevention of repeat post-PC defects and margin erosion driven by building services by providing targeted, solutions-focused Quality Control across high-risk building services activities during the Construction Phase of live projects.
The role focuses on early identification of design, workmanship, materials and interface risks during the Construction Phase of our live projects – targeting the High-Risk Quality Targets (as defined from time to time) – ensuring timely close-out before close-up, and feeding structured Lessons Learned back into the High-Risk Quality Targets, Multiplex Way and the Centre for Excellence.
The role does not take ownership from projects; it sharpens project accountability through clear, evidence-based QC outputs and through working collaboratively with projects, rather than through policing them.
