Job Responsibilities:
The Groundworker will be responsible for performing various tasks related to ground work and construction projects, including excavation, site preparation, installation of drainage systems, concrete work, landscaping, and other related tasks.

• Perform excavation and site preparation tasks, including clearing vegetation, digging, and grading.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery, such as excavators, loaders, and compactors, safely and efficiently.
• Install and maintain drainage systems, including pipes, culverts, and catch basins.

• Lay foundations, footings, and concrete slabs according to project specifications.
• Follow blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
