Join the Clink Training Cafe for a practical training programme where you can gain valuable skills in hospitality! Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive expert training in everything from cooking to customer service, and you’ll get to experience real working environments. Whether you’re looking to explore a new interest or just want to try something new, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Duties

PROGRAMME DURATION

12 weeks (with options to continue learning or gain more experience – even up to apprenticeship!)

• Free Breakfast & Lunch: If you arrive early, start your day with breakfast on us and enjoy a free lunch during your training

• Support: You’ll have a dedicated support worker, plus a peer advocate with lived experience to guide you along the way

• Workwear: We’ll provide everything you need to look professional and ready to work.

Additional information

• Hands-On Training: Learn real skills in cooking, customer service, and food safety.

• Experience Days: Visit high-end hotels, national restaurants, and even farms to see the industry up close.

• Free Breakfast & Lunch: If you arrive early, start your day

• Earn while you learn: Clink Training Cafe students also have the opportunity to earn the London Living Wage by working front of house at events catered by our brilliant social enterprise, Clink Events. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at some of London’s most famous venues, attend some spectacular events, and meet some fascinating people along the way
